These are the terms for using cc.life and for buying anything we sell here. We've kept them as plain as terms can honestly be.

By using this website, run by Confidently Curious, LLC ("Confidently Curious," "we," "us"), you agree to what follows. If you don't agree, that's completely fine — please just don't use the site.

Using the site

You're welcome to read, enjoy, and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. In return, a few reasonable asks: don't break the site or its security, don't scrape or republish our work as your own, and don't use it to do anything unlawful.

What belongs to us

The writing, the framework, the artwork, the Confius character and the Whispering Wilds, and the names and marks Confidently Curious™ and Confius™ are owned by Confidently Curious, LLC. They're the heart of what we're building, and they're protected.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or make derivative works from our content or characters without our written permission. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is always welcome; lifting the work is not.

Buying The 2% Truth

When you buy our guide The 2% Truth, here's the deal, stated plainly:

What you get. A digital download (PDF), licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't redistribute or resell it.
Price. $4.99. The price is what the page says at the time you buy; we don't run fake countdowns or surprise charges.
Delivery. Instant download after purchase, plus a receipt email with your download link.
Refunds — 30 days, no questions. If it wasn't worth it to you, write to hello@cc.life within 30 days and we'll refund you. No form, no interrogation. A guide about not being fleeced shouldn't make its own refund a fight.

Checkout and payment are handled by our provider; their terms cover that part of the transaction.

The letters

If you subscribe, we'll send the occasional letter. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link in any email, and it works on the first click.

Useful, not a substitute for a professional

Everything we publish is educational and general in nature. It draws on research we've done our best to verify, but it can't see your particular child, family, or situation — and it is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

Confidently Curious is an applied synthesis of established research, offered honestly as a way of thinking, not a proven formula or a guaranteed outcome. Use what helps, leave what doesn't, and talk to a qualified professional for decisions that call for one.

The legal necessities

The site and our content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Confidently Curious, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our materials.

Parts of the experience rely on third-party services (such as our email and checkout providers). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If we ever update them, we'll change the date above; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
